This guide will explore how you can create initiatives on the waxwing dashboard, generate brief and create tasks for them.

Step 1: Go to the textbox at the bottom of the dashboard and create your own initiative. Type the name of the initiative and press "Enter".


Step 2: The newly created initiative is added to the initiative management table with various helpful attributes such as initiative priority, effort estimate, KPI, impact etc. Click on the created initiative to open the initiative details page.


Step 3: Click on "Generate Plan" button to create project brief, checklist or initiative guide.


Step 4: You can also provide custom instruction with any specifications or requirements for the AI to produce better results.

Using the business intelligence, understanding the initiative and analyzing the custom instruction, Waxwing generates requested details for your initiative (in this case, project brief).


Step 5: Scroll down and click on "Generate Tasks" button to create tasks for your initiative.

Using the business intelligence, initiative details and analyzing the custom instruction, Waxwing generates tasks for the initiative. These tasks are presented in a task management table which has various helpful attributes such as task priority, effort estimate, KPI, impact etc.
