Manage your tasks efficiently with Waxwing Projects. This feature allows you to organize work, assign tasks seamlessly between AI workflows and human experts, track deadlines and progress, and collaborate with your team all within a single, integrated platform.
Step-by-Step Procedure:
1. Access Your Projects: Navigate to the main 'Dashboard' section of Waxwing. This area typically displays your list of projects and tasks.
2. Create a New Task/Project:
To create a new task, make sure you switch off 'the Focus Mode'

Use the input field at the bottom of the list labeled "+ Type your project or task here..." and press Enter.
3. Define Task Details: Click on a task name to open its details view . Here you can typically edit the name, add descriptions, set/update the Deadline, define KPIs, etc.
Track Progress: Keep an eye on the 'Status' column to monitor if tasks are To Do, In Progress, Completed, etc.
βAssign the Task: In the main list view or within the task details, find the 'Assignee' column/field. Click "+ Assign" to assign the task to yourself, a team member, an automated Workflow, or a hired Expert.
Set KPI: In the main list view or within the task details, find the 'KPI' column/field. Select KPI dropdown to set KPIs
Set Deadline: In the main list view or within the task details, find and set the 'Deadline'
Organize Your View: Use the Search bar, "Group By" dropdown, and other filter/view icons located above the task list to sort, filter, and find specific items easily.
Add Context & Collaborate: Within the task details view , look for options to:
- Add Project briefs- Add Sub-tasks
- Attach/ Upload relevant files from local desktop/drive
- Use built-in comments to share feedback with the teamUse Focus Mode (Optional): Toggle the "Focus mode ON" switch for a potentially cleaner interface when you need to concentrate on specific tasks without distractions.
