If a Waxwing workspace is no longer required, administrators can permanently delete it.
Be aware that this action cannot be undone and will erase all projects, data, members, and settings within that specific workspace.
Step-by-Step Procedure:
Select the Correct Workspace: Ensure you have selected the workspace you intend to delete from the list, if you manage multiple workspaces.
Go to Workspace Settings: Navigate to your account 'Workspace Settings' > 'General' > 'Delete Workspace'
Initiate & Review Confirmation : A "Delete Workspace" confirmation pop-up window will appear.
All of the data related to the workspace will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Confirm by Name: In the first input field provided, type the exact name of the workspace you are deleting to continue.
Confirm by Phrase: In the second input field, as instructed, type the exact phrase: delete my workspace.
Finalize Deletion: Once both confirmation fields are correctly filled, click "Delete Workspace". The workspace and all its contents will be permanently deleted.
