How to add a card to the Centralized Knowledge Base?

Add specific pieces of information, insights, or notes to your Centralized Knowledge Base by creating individual "Cards," This ensures both AI tools and human experts have the right context for accurate, on-brand results.

Step-by-Step Procedure:

1. Navigate to Intelligence: From your Waxwing dashboard, go to the 'Intelligence' section

2. Add your Card: Locate and click the button to create a new card. In the field labeled "Enter Card Name", type a clear and concise title for the information you are adding (e.g., "Target Audience - SMBs", "Brand Voice Guidelines").


You have two options to add the main information:

  • Option A: Direct Text/AI Assist: Click into the "Add card content" box. Type or paste your text directly within this box.

  • Option B: Use File or URL: Alternatively, Either upload a relevant document or paste a web link for Waxwing to process"Use a File or Url for Generating Insights".

3. Save the Card: Once you have entered the Card Name and added content using either Option A or Option B, click the red "Add Card".
